Shipping & Delivery Policy
Nature of Service
Primedit Studio provides digital video editing services. There is no physical shipment of goods. All deliveries are made online via links and downloads.
Service Coverage
- We deliver worldwide digitally.
- No shipping charges apply as there is no physical dispatch.
Order Confirmation
- After successful payment, you receive an on-screen confirmation and an email acknowledgment (if email provided).
- Orders start once we have both: payment confirmation and required project assets/brief (Drive links, references).
Delivery Method
- Edited files are delivered via Google Drive links and inside your Your Orders dashboard.
- We may also share updates via your registered email upon request.
- Delivery is considered complete once the download link is shared and accessible.
Estimated Timelines
- Turnaround depends on the selected package and complexity.
- Typical first cut: 24–72 hours from receipt of assets and brief.
- Revisions: usually 12–48 hours depending on scope.
- Express delivery may be available on request for an additional fee.
Note: Timelines are estimates and can vary based on video length, number of scenes, effects, and clarity of the brief.
Delays & Non‑Delivery
- If assets/permissions are missing (e.g., Drive link not public), work may be paused until resolved.
- In the rare event you do not receive delivery within the estimated window, write to help@primeditstudio.com with your order ID. We will prioritize, resend links, and keep you updated.

Customer Responsibilities
- Provide correct email/phone and ensure Anyone with the link access for shared Drive assets.
- Confirm you hold rights to all content provided for editing.
