We’re committed to fair, transparent policies so you can order with confidence.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of payment if editing hasn’t started.
• After editing starts, cancellations may not be possible; please contact support.

Refunds

• Full refund if we’re unable to deliver as per the selected package.
• Partial refunds may be offered for significant delays beyond agreed timelines.
• No refunds for change-of-mind after substantial work has been delivered.

How to Request

Write to help@primeditstudio.com with your order ID and reason. Our team will respond within 48 hours. Refunds are processed back to the original UPI/PhonePe source.
